Meet Jake Groeschen, a UNC Chapel Hill grad, moved to Charleston two years ago with a love for the water and a passion for chasing sunrises and sunsets. In 2025, he fully committed to photography, focusing on capturing Charleston’s coastal beauty and unique perspectives wherever he goes. His work is centered around life on the water and exploring the Lowcountry through his lens. While photography is currently a hobby, his goal is to one day turn his images into prints for people to enjoy in their homes.

Meet Michael Lockey, the creator of The Lowcountry Drone, has always been passionate about photography and technology. While videography wasn’t originally the plan, everything changed when he got his first drone for Christmas in 2023—though the first flight didn’t quite go as expected!

By January 2024, he upgraded to the DJI Mini 4 Pro and quickly became hooked. What started as daily posts turned into something bigger, gaining attention faster than he ever imagined. Now, flying, editing, and creating have become more than just a hobby—they’re a passion and a form of therapy. His ultimate goal? To turn The Lowcountry Drone into a full-time business—and he’s making it happen.

Meet Taylor, a Mount Pleasant native, graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration. With extensive local knowledge and strong business skills, Taylor helps clients find their dream homes, secure investment properties, and sell for top dollar. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Taylor has built lasting relationships in the Charleston community.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys time with friends, family, and her two dogs, as well as exploring Charleston’s beaches, boating, shopping, and attending local markets and events. Meet Billie Walls, a Charleston-based model, lifestyle creator, and Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to blending movement, style, and community.

A former college athlete originally from North Carolina, Billie brings both grit and grace into everything she does.

As a founding coach of Sweat on the Ship—the city’s signature large-scale workout series aboard the historic USS Yorktown—she has helped create one of Charleston’s most dynamic fitness experiences.

Beyond the ship, she leads local fitness events, partners with wellness brands, and shares her coastal lifestyle through curated content that inspires strength, style, and joy.

Meet Leah Meszaros, she is a full-time content creator, social media manager, and the founder of A Taste of Charleston Media, a boutique agency specializing in digital marketing for restaurants and hospitality brands. With a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry, she has mastered the art of food photography, videography, plating, and styling—skills that seamlessly translate into her marketing strategies. While food is her bread and butter, she also works with fashion, antique stores, med spas, and the fitness and wellness industry. On her page, she shares restaurants, lifestyle, upcoming events in Charleston, and her travels.

Meet Chef Molly Gordon. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University Molly moved to Charleston South Carolina to take over one of Charleston’s best culinary arts programs. By day she teaches high school students about the hospitality industry, but in her free time she loves showcasing South Carolina’s best restaurants, recipes, and ingredients. She’s always eager to share her talents, skills, and love for the south with others.
